In this episode Matt and I talk with Stephanie Crumley-Effinger, Director of Supervised Ministry at ESR. Stephanie is both a graduate of Earlham College earning a B.A. in 1977 and of Earlham School of Religion with an M.Div. in 1981. Stephanie has worked in campus ministry for two Quaker colleges, Wilmington College and Earlham College. She has been working at ESR since 2000 directing field education for M.Div. students.
